EXPERIENCE
Thomas Kolinski joined Bain Capital in 2004. He is a Partner and member of the Private Credit Group. Thomas is primarily responsible for business development, underwriting, execution, and portfolio management for mid-market companies.
EDUCATION
Thomas earned an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and is a CFA Charterholder.
