EXPERIENCE

Thomas Portier joined Bain Capital in 2023. He is a Senior Vice President in the Portfolio Group and a member of the Special Situations team in North America.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Thomas was a Vice President at American Express, where he held various Strategy and Product Management roles in both London and New York, including the management of B2B payments products and partnerships with Fintech startups.

EDUCATION

Thomas received a master's in management from London Business School, and a bachelors in business administration from ESSEC Business School in France.
