EXPERIENCE

Vikramaditya Surana joined Bain Capital in 2025. He is a Principal and a member of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team, focusing on investments in Industrials and Technology sectors.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Vikram was a Principal at Apax, where he focused on investment opportunities across healthcare, technology services and software sectors. Prior to that, he worked in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Moelis & Company where he focused on domestic and cross border M&A across sectors. Prior to Moelis, he worked at Goldman Sach’s New York office.

EDUCATION

Vikram holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from NYU Leonard Stern School of Business.
