EXPERIENCE
Will Cozean joined Bain Capital in 2013. He is a Managing Director on the Life Sciences team. Previously, he was a member of the North America Private Equity team in the Healthcare vertical. Prior to that, he spent time in the Industrial and Technology verticals.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, William was a consultant with McKinsey & Company in the Atlanta office. He focused on driving operational improvements across multiple sectors, including manufacturing and healthcare.
EDUCATION
William received an MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar. As an undergraduate, he attended the University of Virginia as a Jefferson Scholar and received a BS in commerce with Distinction.
