EXPERIENCE

Will MacFarlane joined Bain Capital in 2019. He is a Vice President on the Tech Opportunities team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Will worked at Bain & Company in San Francisco, where he spent time in the technology, media, and telecommunications (TMT) and private equity groups.

EDUCATION

Will received an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in mechanical engineering from Stanford University.
