EXPERIENCE
William Eleazer joined Bain Capital in 2022. He a Recruiter on the Ventures team, focused on growing Ventures' talent network to add value to our portfolio companies. He also provides direction on leveraging best practices to attract, hire, and retain technical talent.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, William held recruiting and sourcing roles with Rivian, TripActions, and Pivotal Software.
EDUCATION
William received a master's degree in sport management from the University of San Francisco. He has a BASc in kinesiology and exercise science from San Jose State University.
