Alan Halfenger Chief Compliance Officer Boston

Experience:

Mr. Halfenger joined Bain Capital in 2005. He is responsible for the firm’s internal audit, compliance and control functions. Previously, he was an Assistant General Counsel and Compliance Director for the J.P. Morgan Private Bank and Chase Investment Services Corp., where he focused on regulatory issues related to brokerage, investment management and derivative activities.

Education:

Mr. Halfenger received his JD from the Syracuse University College of Law and his BS from the New York University Stern School of Business.
