Experience

Ms. Snow joined Bain Capital in 2005. She is a Partner and the Head of Fund Tax for the firm. Ms.Snow is responsible for managing fund tax matters and tax matters specifically related to deal structuring across the business units. Previously, Ms. Snow was a Senior Manager in the International Tax Group at Ernst & Young. Prior to that, Ms. Snow was a Senior Manager in Tax at Grant Thornton LLP.


Education

Ms. Snow received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Bentley University and a Masters in Taxation from Suffolk University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant.
