Experience:

Mr. McCarron joined Bain Capital in 2010 as the Chief Information Officer. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. McCarron was the Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Fidelity Enterprise Operations, the technology solutions unit of Fidelity Investments. Prior to joining Fidelity, Mr. McCarron was with General Electric and held a number of senior information technology roles. He was the Chief Information Officer and Program Director for GE Money’s Lending business in London, England.  He was the Chief Information Officer for Unison Industries (GE), LLC in Jacksonville, FL, a global aerospace components manufacturing business.  Mr. McCarron was also the Chief Information Officer for GE Structured Services, IT director for GE Corporate Information Services, and Quality Leader for GE Corporate Shared Services.

Mr. McCarron began his corporate career as an account director with SEI Investments in Oaks, PA. Prior to SEI, he was an officer in the United States Army.  His assignments ranged from Germany to Egypt to the US and included Company Commander, Director of Medical Logistics Systems, Force Medical Supply Officer and Platoon Leader.

Education:

Mr. McCarron received his BA from Providence College in 1990.
