Nancy Lotane Managing Director Boston

Experience:

Ms. Lotane joined the firm in 2007 and is the Chief Human Resources Officer. Prior to joining, Ms. Lotane was employed by Mercer Management Consulting since 1994. At Mercer, Ms. Lotane was Chief Marketing and Development Officer and head of North American Operations. Ms. Lotane was also responsible for Learning, Knowledge Management, and intellectual capital development. Prior to these roles, she was a consulting partner at Mercer and Corporate Decisions, Inc., focused on retail and consumer products, and a consultant at Braxton Associates.

Education:

She received an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA from Tufts University.
