Ranesh Ramanathan Capital Market General Counsel Boston

Experience:

Mr. Ramanathan joined Bain Capital in 2008, and is General Counsel of Brookside Capital and Sankaty Advisors. He is also Deputy General Counsel of Bain Capital. Previously, Mr. Ramanathan was General Counsel to Citi Private Equity and Associate General Counsel to Citi Alternative Investments. Prior to that, Mr. Ramanathan was a corporate attorney at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, specializing in private equity and capital markets transactions.

Education:

Mr. Ramanathan received a JD from New York University School of Law and a BA from Johns Hopkins University.
