Ryan LaForce Associate General Counsel Boston

Experience:

Ms. LaForce joined Bain Capital in June 2011 as Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. LaForce was an attorney at Goodwin Procter LLP in New York and focused on private equity M&A. Prior to Goodwin Procter, she was an attorney at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom LLP.

Education:

Ms. LaForce received a JD from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a BA from Yale University.
