James Hildebrandt Managing Director Hong Kong

Experience:

Mr. Hildebrandt joined Bain Capital in 2005 as a Managing Director. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Hildebrandt was a Partner at Bain & Company, where he worked for 18 years, helping to establish the Asian offices in China, Southeast Asia, Korea and Australia. Mr. Hildebrandt had regional responsibility for the Asian Private Equity Practice, as well as the China and Southeast Asia Financial Services Practice. Previously, Mr. Hildebrandt was a lawyer at Bennett Jones in Canada, focusing on securities and corporate law.

Education:

Mr. Hildebrandt received an MBA from Stanford Business School and graduated as the Henry Ford II Scholar. He received a JD from the University of Toronto.
