Kate O'Neil Director Boston

Experience:

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. O'Neil was a Partner at FLAG Capital Management. Ms. O'Neil was involved in all aspects of FLAG’s business, including due diligence, manager selection, serving on fund advisory boards, fundraising and investor relations, strategic planning and management. Prior to joining FLAG, Ms. O'Neil was a Specialist Consultant at Cambridge Associates where she advised endowment, foundation,  and family clients on the construction of alternative assets portfolios.  Her other professional experience includes investment banking and economic consulting.

Education:

Ms. O'Neil received her MBA from Harvard and BA from Colby College, Phi Beta Kappa, Summa Cum Laude.  Ms. O'Neil was awarded an honorary Masters from Colby in recognition of her work as a Trustee, and currently serves on several non-profit Boards and Investment Committees in the Boston area.
