Bain Capital’s Adriana Rojas featured in Hispanic Executive magazine for her focus on service

Adriana Rojas, Bain Capital Assistant General Counsel, is featured in a profile for Hispanic Executive magazine in its July/August 2015 issue. In the profile, Adriana discusses her upbringing and the path she took that led her to her current role at Bain Capital. She also highlights the ways the firm allows its employees to focus on areas where they have a true passion.

Adriana volunteers with Esperanza Academy and participates in events for Bottom Line, two organizations dedicated to providing education opportunities to Hispanic youth. In the profile, Adriana discusses the value she sees in mentorship and the effort she makes to serve in that role for others.

"I feel it’s important for me to mentor and give back to the community. When my law school reaches out, I’m happy to go talk to the students. But my main focus is helping young Latinas. I want to convey the message that they should shoot for the moon," says Adriana. "I tell them it takes a lot of work, and they’ll need help along the way—from friends and mentors pushing and pulling them up. And I tell them not to be afraid to ask questions. I want them to know that everything is possible for them."
