More than 99% of Axis Bank branches, 96% of ATMs, most back offices and call centres remained functional during the lockdown phase, providing all essential services to customers in these crucial times. The bank prioritized use of its digital solutions and provided access to more than 250 products and banking services digitally, waived several charges and provided moratorium facility to its customers, and launched Axis Bank Mobile ATMs in different cities of India to facilitate accessibility of cash to customers.
