How does this change impact me?

The new portal will provide our limited partners the ability to view all of your Fund investments in any Bain Capital business unit at one place. Limited Partners will receive an activation email from investorportal@baincapital.com and will need to follow the steps in that e-mail to set-up their accounts on the new portal.

How do I set-up my account on the new Bain Capital Investor Portal (Data Exchange)?

You will receive an activation email from investorportal@baincapital.com. In that email, click on the link to set-up your new account and follow the instructions provided. You will need to create a password, choose a security image and set-up security questions.

How do I access the new portal?

Once you have activated your account via the activation email you receive on 4/30/2019, you can access the new portal at investor.baincapital.com

Are there separate log-ins/accounts for each platform I am invested in?

No. You will be able to access all of you investment information from any Bain Capital business unit through one central portal with one log-in.

Will I be able to access the old investor portal (Intralinks)?

No. As of 4/30/2019 the old investor portal will no longer be accessible. All of your investment information, will be available on the new Bain Capital Investor Portal.

Does this change how I will receive financial information on my investments from Bain Capital?

No. Investment information will continue to be posted on the Bain Capital Investor Portal and you will continue to receive pertinent email notifications.

Is the new portal accessible on mobile devices?

Yes. The Bain Capital Investor Portal is accessible on mobile. On mobile, investors can access analytics, statements and documents. However, we recommend using laptops or wider screens when viewing analytics for the best experience.
