EXPERIENCE

Aaron Lei joined Bain Capital in 2026. He is a Vice President on the Investor Relations team. He focuses on investor relations and business development activities in Southeast Asia across the firm's investment strategies.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Aaron was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs Asset Management, where he was part of the Client Solutions Group team and was responsible for investor relations and fundraising for the firm's private market offerings. 

EDUCATION

Aaron holds a BSc in business management (accounting and finance) from the University of Manchester.
