EXPERIENCE

AJ McGuire joined Bain Capital in 2024. He is a Managing Director on the Investor Relations team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, AJ was a Managing Director on the Private Markets Investor Relations team at Wellington Management. Previously, he was a public market consumer analyst at Wells Fargo Asset Management and Alydar Capital.

EDUCATION

AJ received an MBA from Babson College and a BS in business management and applied economics from Cornell University.
