EXPERIENCE

Alberto De Antoni joined Bain Capital in 2019. He is a Principal and a member of the Europe Private Equity team, focusing on investments in the Technology Financial and Business Services vertical.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Alberto worked at Morgan Stanley in the London and Milan offices, primarily focusing on M&A and capital markets engagements for Italian clients across a range of industries.

EDUCATION

Alberto received an MBA with distinction from INSEAD. He graduated summa cum laude with a MSc in management engineering from Polytechnic University of Milan.
