EXPERIENCE

Alessandra joined Bain Capital in 2022. She is an Executive Vice President in the Portfolio Group and a member of the European Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Alessandra was a Principal at KKR Capstone, where she led transformation across diverse sectors. Before KKR, she worked at Delta Partners, a TMT-focused consultancy, across their Singapore, Johannesburg, Bogota and Dubai offices.    

EDUCATION

Alessandra received an MBA with honors from Harvard Business School. She graduated summa cum laude with a MSc in international management from Bocconi University in Milan (Italy).
