EXPERIENCE

Amarilice Young joined Bain Capital in 2025. She is the Associate General Counsel for Life Sciences.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Amarilice was a partner at Goodwin Procter LLP in their Life Sciences group.

EDUCATION

Amarilice received a JD, magna cum laude, from University of Pennsylvania Law School and received a BA, magna cum laude, in American Studies from Cornell University. She is a member of the state bar of Massachusetts and New York.
