EXPERIENCE

Amelia Pascucci joined Bain Capital in 2026. She is a Vice President on the Real Estate team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Amelia was a Director at Madison International Realty, where she was responsible for sourcing and managing real estate investments across multiple property types, risk profiles, and geographies. Previously, she was an Associate at Shorenstein Properties, where she focused on acquisitions and asset management. Amelia started her career at Natixis in the CMBS & Balance Sheet Capital Markets group at Natixis in New York.

EDUCATION

Amelia holds an MS in real estate finance and investment from New York University and received a BA in architecture and business management from Columbia University.
