EXPERIENCE

Anand joined Bain Capital in 2022 as a Partner and the Industrials Sector Head for Bain Capital Public Equity. From 2001 to 2016 he was as a leader on the Bain Capital Public Equity team, before launching SAYA Management, an industrials-focused hedge fund.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, he was a Managing Director at Citigroup Asset Management and a buy-side analyst with Sanford C. Bernstein with a focus on industrial companies.

EDUCATION

Anand received an MBA from the University of Chicago and a BA from Harvard University.
