Andie Taylor

EXPERIENCE

Andie Taylor joined Bain Capital in 2026. She is the Investor Relations Lead on the Bain Capital Ventures team, focused on investor relations strategy and building limited partner relationships for Ventures.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Andie spent over four years as an Investor Relations Partner at Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), building limited partner relationships and raising capital across early-stage and growth strategies. Andie started her career in the startup world on the analytics team at health-tech startup Included Health. 

EDUCATION

Andie graduated from Stanford University with a degree in human biology and was an All-American on the Stanford Women's Varsity Swim Team and a member of the US National Team. She also holds a master's degree in global health from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
