Experience

Ms. Alessandria joined Bain Capital in 2022. She is a Senior Vice President of Human Resources and leads the Compensation and Benefits teams for Bain Capital globally.  

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Alessandria was a Senior Director in the Global Financial Services (GFS) practice of Willis Towers Watson (WTW). In this role, she led the asset management vertical within GFS working to expand WTW’s advisory offerings to asset management and other financial services firms. She led complex client engagements related to total rewards, pay transparency, investment professional and executive compensation.  Prior to WTW, Ms. Alessandria was with MFS Investment Management where she most recently was the Vice President of Total Rewards.
 


Education

Ms. Alessandria received her BA from the University of Virginia and a Masters in Business Administration from Boston College. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), issued by WorldatWork.
