EXPERIENCE

Arthur Zhou joined Bain Capital in 2025. He is an Associate on the Insurance team.
    
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Arthur was part of private and strategic asset group at Reinsurance Group of America with a focus on origination and structuring. Earlier in his career, he worked at BOCNY with a focus on financial institutions and sponsor finance.

EDUCATION

Arthur received a BA from Rutgers University and MS from Washington University in St. Louis.
