Ayden Niknafs

EXPERIENCE

Ayden Niknafs joined Bain Capital in 2026. He is an Ecosystem Finance Associate on the Ventures team, supporting the Ecosystem Funds and the Magnify Program, where he builds portfolio metric tracking, oversees fund investment activity, and manages expense payments across underlying holdings.

Prior to joining full time, Ayden co-oped on the Ventures Finance team and on the Credit team.

EDUCATION

Ayden received a BS from Northeastern University in data science and finance.
