Experience

Mr. Hendrix joined Bain Capital in 2000. He is a Partner and a leader in the North American Private Equity Portfolio Group focusing on the healthcare and technology sectors. Mr. Hendrix previously served as Head of the North American Portfolio Group and has played an integral role in building and developing the value creation capabilities of the firm. 
 
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Hendrix was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of DigiTrace Care Services, Inc. (now SleepMed), a national healthcare services company he co-founded. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hendrix was with Corporate Decisions, Inc. (now Oliver Wyman Consulting) a management consulting firm where he worked in a variety of industries.

Mr. Hendrix received an A.B. from Brown University, awarded with Honors.
