Burjor Dadachanji

EXPERIENCE

Burjor joined Bain Capital in 2025. He is an Operating Partner in the Portfolio Group and is a member of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team for the India portfolio.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Burjor was a GM and Managing Director at Abbott Healthcare, heading the chronic and Specialty Care business for India's 2nd Largest pharma company. Previously he was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group primarily in their Financial Services practice and has also worked in Transaction banking at J.P. Morgan Chase in their Investor Services division.

EDUCATION

Burjor received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting from the University of Mumbai.
