EXPERIENCE

Caroline joined Bain Capital in 2016. She is a Principal on the Tech Opportunities team. Caroline joined the Tech Opportunities fund at its inception in 2019 and spent three years in London helping launch the business in Europe before moving back to San Francisco, where she now helps lead the Application Software vertical. She started her career as an Analyst on the North American Private Equity team. 

EDUCATION

Caroline received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a BA in economics from Dartmouth College.
