EXPERIENCE

Caroline Gray joined Bain Capital in 2019. She is a Principal on the Tech Opportunities team. Caroline started her career as an Analyst and member of the Technology and Consumer verticals on the North America Private Equity team.

EDUCATION

Caroline received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where she was an Arjay Miller Scholar. She graduated summa cum laude from Dartmouth College with a BA in economics.
