EXPERIENCE

Chris joined Bain Capital in 2026. He is Associate General Counsel for European Special Situations.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Chris was a counsel at Akin Gump LLP, primarily focused on special situations, cross boarder, high value M&A, and restructurings. During his time at Akin, he also spent two years seconded to the Bain Capital European Special Situations team. 

EDUCATION

Chris holds a BSc from the University of Bristol in Chemistry and Law and an LLM from the Durham University in International Trade Law. Chris is a solicitor of England & Wales.
