EXPERIENCE

Chris Lin joined Bain Capital in 2022. He is a Managing Director, Deputy Chief Investment Officer, and member of the Portfolio Team for the Insurance business.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Chris was a Director at KKR, leading the residential investments vertical. Before that, he was a Senior Vice President at Global Atlantic Financial Group. Earlier in his career, Chris was on the investment team of the Reinsurance Group at Goldman Sachs and the Global Banking & Markets team at HSBC.

EDUCATION

Chris received a BA from Harvard University.
