Chris Mann

Chris Mann

Experience

Mr. Mann joined Bain Capital in 2022. He is a Vice President and Head of Community Affairs. In his role, Mr. Mann directs community affairs activities including philanthropy, employee engagement, sponsorship and events working across the firm, its portfolio companies, and external partnerships to further amplify the impact of our collective efforts. 

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Mann was Senior Vice President of Development for City Year where he led corporate partnerships and fundraising. Prior to that role, Mr. Mann developed his expertise and passion for driving social change through corporate responsibility, marketing communications and fundraising roles at Reebok, New Balance, Cone Communications and Dana-Farber Cancer Institute & the Jimmy Fund.  
 


Education

Mr. Mann received an MBA from Boston University and BA in Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross, where he was Senior Class President and recipient of the President’s Award in recognition of outstanding service to the college and its community.
