EXPERIENCE

Cristy Placer joined Bain Capital in 2012. She is a Vice President of Human Resources for the Double Impact and Tech Opportunities teams, recruiting top talent, overseeing performance-management processes, and enhancing company culture. Previously, Cristy was a human resources manager for our North America Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Cristy was at Bain & Company in a relationship marketing role.

EDUCATION

Cristy received her BA from Boston College.
