EXPERIENCE

Daisuke Horiya joined Bain Capital in 2026.  He is a Senior Vice President on the Special Situations team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Daisuke worked at Brookfield and BlackRock, where he was responsible for  asset management and acquisitions for their private real estate investment strategies. He started his career at Citi, where he was mainly engaged in loan origination and credit analysis.

EDUCATION

Daisuke holds a bachelor’s degree in politics from the University of Exeter.
