Dan McDermott

EXPERIENCE

Dan McDermott joined Bain Capital in 2018. He is a Partner on the Public Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Dan was an investment analyst at Folger Hill Asset Management, focused on the software, internet, and media industries. Before that, he worked at Coatue Management, focusing on companies across the technology industry.

EDUCATION

Dan received a BA in economics with a minor in psychology from Harvard College.
