Dwight Poler

Mr. Poler joined Bain Capital Private Equity in 1994. He is a Senior Advisor. Previously, he was a Managing Director and Chairman of the European Private Equity business. Mr. Poler has worked in the Boston and London offices, having established the European business in 2000, and managing it until 2017. He has been active across all industry verticals with his current focus on Healthcare.

Prior to joining Bain Capital Private Equity, Mr. Poler was a consultant at Bain & Company where he worked in the technology, consumer products and financial services industries. Previously, Mr. Poler worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions department at Morgan Stanley & Co. with a focus on technology deals. A member of the Advisory Group formed by the British Venture Capital Association and led by Sir David Walker, Mr. Poler was an active participant in the formulation of the Guidelines for Disclosure and Transparency in Private Equity.
