Experience

Ms. Uspensky joined Bain Capital in 2022 as an Associate General Counsel and Head of Litigation for the firm. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ms. Uspensky was a litigation attorney at Ropes & Gray, LLP in Boston with a focus on complex civil litigation and government investigations. Ms. Uspensky also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Steven A. Higginson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. 
 


Education

Ms. Uspensky received her JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School. She received her BA, cum laude, from Harvard University. Ms. Uspensky is a member of the state bars of Massachusetts and New York.
