EXPERIENCE

Ellena Kim joined Bain Capital in 2021. She is a Vice President on the Sustainability & Impact team with a focus on Private Equity.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Ellena was a consultant with Boston Consulting Group where she advised clients across financial services, retail, and technology sectors. Previously, she was at Goldman Sachs focused on environmental markets opportunities.

EDUCATION

Ellena received an MBA from MIT Sloan and an AB in environmental studies from Dartmouth College.
