Frederique Verachten

Experience

Mr. Verachten joined Bain Capital in 2020 as a Vice President in the Private Credit business based in London. In this capacity, he is responsible for sourcing, executing, and monitoring investments across the EMEA region. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Verachten was as an analyst in the Leveraged Finance division of Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London, working primarily on large cap leveraged loan and high-yield bond issuances across Europe.


Education

Mr. Verachten holds a Master’s in financial management from Vlerick Business School, a Master of Science in Business Engineering from the University of Antwerp, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Engineering from KU Leuven.
