EXPERIENCE

Hayato Kondoh joined Bain Capital in 2014. He is a Managing Director and member of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team, focusing on investments in the Consumer and Technology verticals.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Hayato worked for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, originating and executing a broad array of equity, debt, and M&A transactions.

EDUCATION

Hayato earned an MBA from London Business School where he graduated with distinction. He also received a BS in engineering from Kyoto University and a MS in engineering from The University of Tokyo.
