Helena Sullivan

EXPERIENCE

Helena Sullivan joined Bain Capital in 2024. She is a Director on the Investor Relations and Business Development team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Helena was a Senior Director at Greystar Real Estate Partners where she was responsible for building and maintaining institutional relationships, in addition to the development of new investment strategies. Prior to that, Helena was a Vice President at AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets, where she was responsible for institutional investor coverage. Helena has also held Investor Relations positions at Kimberlite, EQT Partners, and the Praedium Group.

EDUCATION

Helena received a BA in urban studies from Brown University.
