EXPERIENCE
Henrietta Sandmann joined Bain Capital in 2022. She is a Vice President and member of the Industrials vertical on the Europe Private Equity team.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Henrietta was an investment professional at Goldman Sachs in London, where she focused on private credit investments across industries.
EDUCATION
Henrietta received a MA in management from the Yale School of Management and HEC Paris and a BSc in economics from the University of Mannheim.
