Mr. Noël joined Bain Capital in 2014. He is an Associate General Counsel responsible for the corporate, treasury and tax matters of the management company.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Noël was a tax attorney in the Boston office of Ropes & Gray, LLP with a focus on transactional, asset management and international matters. Mr. Noël also served as a law clerk to the Honourable Justice Marshall Rothstein of the Supreme Court of Canada.
Education
Mr. Noël received his JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Ottawa, Canada, where he was awarded the University Silver Medal. He received his Master of Science in Finance, summa cum laude, from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C., where he was the recipient of the Academic Excellence Award. Mr. Noël received his BA in Commerce, cum laude, from the Telfer School of Management, University of Ottawa, Canada.
