EXPERIENCE

Jeet Desai joined Bain Capital in 2025. He is a Vice President on the Asia Pacific Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Jeet worked at Apax Partners focusing on investments in the tech services and software verticals. Previously, he was an analyst at Lighthouse funds focusing on investments in consumer, healthcare and financial services verticals.

EDUCATION

Jeet received an MBA from the Wharton Business School. Jeet is also a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) where he was a rank holder. He has also received BCom from University of Mumbai.
