EXPERIENCE

Jeff Otis joined Bain Capital in 2019. He is an Operating Partner in the Portfolio Group and a member of the North America Private Equity team. 


Prior to joining Bain Capital, Jeff was a General Manager at Under Armour, where he was responsible for the third-party ecommerce business after having served in a variety of strategy roles with the Company.  Prior to Under Armour, he was a consultant at Boston Consulting Group, where he was a core member of the Consumer Practice and led efforts in brand strategy, customer loyalty, and go-to-market effectiveness.  Previously, he was an NFL quarterback, spending the majority of his career with the Oakland Raiders. 
 

EDUCATION

Jeff earned his MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and his BA in economics from Columbia University.
