John Lutz joined Bain Capital in 2014. He is a Senior Vice President and Head Funds Counsel for Capital Markets.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, John was an Associate at Ropes & Gray, LLP working on private investment funds.
EDUCATION
John received a JD from Harvard Law School and an AB from Dartmouth College.
