Experience

Joseph Yannone joined Bain Capital in 2018. He is the Chief Financial Officer and founding member of the Real Estate team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Joseph was a Vice President in Harvard Management Company’s (HMC) Real Estate Investment Group where he was focused on the direct property portfolio with oversight of performance, portfolio management, property valuations, annual third-party audit, and financial reporting. Prior to joining HMC, he was Director of Finance at The DSF Group where he managed the finance, accounting, and asset management departments and was responsible for investment and debt valuations, investor relations, fundraising, financial reporting, internal controls, and annual property operating and capital budgets. Previously, he worked at Guggenheim Real Estate where he specialized in financial reporting, fund performance, cash management, and investor reporting. Joseph began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he was a member of the audit practice.


Education

Joseph received his BBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
