Kase Jubboori

Kase Jubboori joined Bain Capital in 2013. He is a Partner, Head of Partner Tax, and Deputy General Counsel for the firm.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Kase worked in the Boston office of Ropes & Gray LLP as an attorney focusing on tax, transactional, fund formation, and on-going operational matters for sponsors of private investment funds, including Bain Capital. Previously, he worked in the United States House of Representatives as Tax Counsel to the Committee on Ways and Means, where he was involved in the drafting, negotiation, and enactment of all tax legislation during the 110th Congress and 111th Congress, including the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. He also served as Special Counsel to the Committee on the Budget during the 112th Congress in connection with the Joint Select Committee on Deficit Reduction.
